Super Hotel O Athidhi Stay Inn

“It's a budget stay however if you pay 1k at the least expect to provide a clean room and bed.”

The location was good, but the bedsheet, cushion covers, and blanket were dirty. The price was about 928, yet the owner charged us 1050 rs and didn’t lower it.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel due to a mix-up with my booking. They claimed to have stopped working with my booking platform, which resulted in an unexpected extra charge. This was frustrating, especially considering the initial promise of a smooth stay. Unfortunately, the issue wasn't resolved promptly, leaving a sour taste in my mouth.

“Worst treatment, life threat situation”

My stay at this hotel was marred by a series of unfortunate events. Upon arrival at 1:30 in the night, I was met with a receptionist who seemed intoxicated and showed no respect for my booking. They even asked me to call my booking platform, which was unacceptable. The overall behavior of the staff was very bad, and I felt disrespected and unwelcome.

“Very bad experience”

My experience at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The owner initially refused to let me stay, and I was forced to pay an extra amount just to get a room. To make matters worse, the air conditioning, geyser, and tap were all not working, which was a pathetic display of service. It was clear that they were not interested in providing a comfortable stay.

I was shocked to find that this hotel, which is part of a well-known chain, denied me boarding due to a pricing issue. They asked for an additional amount for my stay, which was unacceptable. As an OYO property, I expected a certain level of service and professionalism, but this experience fell far short.
