I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to the extremely dirty and noisy environment. The cleanliness and noise levels were major concerns for me, and unfortunately, they weren't addressed during my stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, quickly replacing a flat pillow when I requested it. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, making it an excellent value for the price.
