“EXCELENTE CUSTO BENEFÍCIO”

The hotel is beautiful, with lovely gardens, a heated pool, a sports court, a game room, and excellent free parking. Our room was huge, with a nice balcony, very quiet, and the towels had the hotel logo embroidered in white. Breakfast was very good, with many fruit options. There is no elevator, which could be an issue for some people. I’d suggest offering natural yogurt and a natural fruit juice at breakfast. Otherwise, everything was great and I’ll stay again.

“Lugar bom para descansar”

I liked the staff’s service—always very polite and helpful. I also liked the location, close to the highway and near Vassouras center. Parking was spacious, though not covered. The room’s shower was weak, and water took a while to heat. The mattress was a bit hard and needs replacing. The air‑conditioner didn’t work, and the TV required patience to sync to the preferred channel. Breakfast was good, but I missed cheese bread and more cake options. Dinner was very good, with good choices.

Everything was well organized, clean, and the staff were friendly. There should be some evening programming, like pizza or sandwiches for those who don’t want to dine.

“Ótimo hotel”

The building itself is solid and the restaurant serves tasty food. Everything felt well‑maintained and the meals were consistently good. I’d come back just for the dining.
