The staff were helpful and the room was clean and tidy, and the location was great, but it was a bit noisy early in the morning and I suspect a possum was in the roof.

Finding the hotel was easy because it sits next to the main road, yet it stays quiet. Most facilities work well and are kept in good condition, except for a loose shower head. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the sheets are spotless. The price is fair for a good night's rest, and the owner kindly waited for us past the official check‑in time of 8 pm. The door swipe card stops working at 9 am even though check‑out is at 10 am, which was a bit unexpected, but the owner helped resolve it. The shower head also won’t tighten and keeps dropping.

The location is fine. The property looks very run down, with gardens overrun by weeds. Hot water barely dribbles from the taps, doors are broken, and a hairdryer sits next to the TV instead of in the bathroom.
