The hotel itself was solid, with a prime spot and spacious, quiet rooms where the beds were comfortable. The staff were polite and friendly, except for the front desk which was a mixed bag. Breakfast offered probably the best selection I've seen; if the area gets crowded, just take your food to the bar for good seating and a view. I'd stay again. On the flip side, inconsistent front‑desk service brought the rating down, the sofa bed wasn’t made up upon arrival, its bedding wasn’t replaced during my 7‑night stay (though the main bedding was replaced twice), the bath towels were too small, and the sofa bed mattress felt thin.

The location and customer service were solid. However, the room was dirty: the mirror had fingerprints from a previous guest, the shower walls weren’t clean, and the carpet was old and grimy. The bed and sofa were clean. I asked for a crib for my baby, but it lacked a sturdy flat surface and felt worn and unsupported, so I’d suggest bringing your own mattress pad or using the sofa instead.

The location was nice and the views were great. The downside was that breakfast time was extremely crowded and the next morning our toilet started leaking.

Getting to the airport was a breeze, the spot near the bay and restaurants is convenient, and breakfast is always good. No complaints.
