The greenery and play area for kids were definitely highlights, but some of the activities weren't working as they should. Still, it's worth considering if you're traveling with little ones.
“Unhappy with the place, just not worth it”
I didn't have a good experience with the staff here - they seemed really forgetful and unprofessional. That's about it, no positives to report.
The tea and ambience were on point, but that's where it ended. We had a bunch of issues - they kept asking for money, jacked up the room price after check-in, and the AC wasn't working. We had to switch rooms, and even then, the service was lacking. The food delivery was followed by requests for payment, and the breakfast quality was pretty poor.
Honestly, the maintenance here is pretty bad and there's no decent workspace to hang out with family or friends. It's not ideal for a stay.
“Worst stay for leisure”
The only redeeming quality was the restaurant food, which was actually pretty good. However, the service was subpar, the pool was dirty and overcrowded, and the management seemed super biased. We had issues with parking, noise levels, and room quality - it felt like they weren't prioritizing guest experience at all. To top it off, the water stopped working in the middle of the day.
