The staff were very friendly and welcoming, yet the room lacked water, an iron, a microwave, soap, and hotel shower gel, so I had to eat cold food.

Nothing. The way they handle things.I made my bookings on the 26 to book 1 night which was 27, when I come to check in they told me that they are fully booked. i asked how? because I already make bookings a day before only to realize that they prioritize people who came with cash. They took my room and gave those who came with cash because on booking.con they get the money after 7 days. My question is why do they use while they can't wait for the late coming of money? In highly dissapointed with their service 😕 😪
