Breakfast was good, but it was served in the family’s dining room. The location was perfect. It’s a nightmare to get from the living room, where the family watches TV, to the bathroom and toilet; that should have been mentioned in the description.

The location was great, and the host was polite and discreet. I’d say I didn’t like the part about the shower—ask how to get hot water, because the shower is in a lovely, comfortable cabin but the tap is unusual!

We were on site and nobody was there. It wasn’t marked either. We booked another hotel on the spot. Bockig.com didn’t reply. I had to pay even though there was no room.

The owner was friendly. Privacy was low, the listing was unclear, and we only found out upon arrival that the room was actually part of the owners’ apartment and to reach the bathroom you have to walk through the whole house. The chair in the room didn’t work.

Annamaria was an exceptional host—warm, kind, and always ready to help. She even made breakfast personally, reaching out beforehand to ask what we preferred. The room and private bathroom were immaculate, spotless. The location is ideal for exploring Padua: super convenient, just steps from Via Roma and the main city squares.
