The room’s size was fine, but the decor was tired, the furniture shabby, and the beds unsuitable. We switched from room 321 to 315 because the beds in 321 were disgraceful; 315’s beds were similarly shabby, and the closet smelled foul. The bathroom in 315 was clean, but everything else was poor. Reception, when run by Debbie, was a very negative and hostile experience; Debbie shouldn’t be front of house. The staff were reluctant to service the room or provide fresh towels, which was an incredibly low standard. We asked to speak directly to General Manager Coleman Hughes before we left, but he was unavailable and it seemed his staff didn’t inform him.
