Good contact with reception, very kind and helpful staff, comfortable room and bed, free Wi‑Fi, good breakfast, comfortable bathroom, a nice restaurant nearby in the city, the ability to leave luggage before and after check‑out, and it’s very close to the entertainment district, but the room was a little bit noisy.

The central location was excellent, and I knew it would be noisy at night, so I didn’t mind it; the check‑in and check‑out staff were very friendly and having a restaurant downstairs was convenient. The breakfast was underwhelming—only one breakfast item, one drink, and one dessert each morning. The bathroom flooded, and when showering everything was covered in water. The TV wasn’t programmed, there were minimal power points, and a single switch controlled all the power in the room (so turning the lights off at night meant nothing else worked, and you couldn’t turn on the TV, charge items, or run the air conditioner unless the lights were on). The restaurant staff were also quite lazy, especially at breakfast, and spent most of their time on their mobile phones.
