Kevin delivered excellent customer service, and the food and drinks were amazing—overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic. The pillows were too small and the bed in the King suite wasn’t large enough.

“Great spot in the city with excellent gym and free breakfast.”

The service was great; when I was checking in, the manager was on a complicated customer call, but another staff member who had already finished her day stayed behind to help me, which I really appreciated. The room was very spacious and clean. The gym was awesome, better than I expected. Breakfast was amazing, especially for omelette lovers like me and my vegan brother—we surprisingly had many options for both of us! The staff were very attentive and kept everything fully stocked. The location was amazing, with 11th Avenue and the surrounding park connecting to a long walking path, close enough to walk to downtown. It would have been better to know what was being served each day for breakfast; it’s similar but changes slightly. As I do intermittent fasting, I’d appreciate knowing what foods are offered, like smoked sausage vs breakfast sausage and cheese omelet vs frittata style. Breakfast was still great. The pool and rooftop bar are popular with younger crowds.

“Worth it for the price”

It’s nice, new, and very clean. The pool is really small for the entire hotel.
