We had booked five nights, but upon arrival we realized the property was very different from the photos in the listing. The room was very small, dark, and old, and at the reception area right next to the entrance there were various trash and unused items, including old pillows. We stayed the first night simply because we arrived late and had no immediate alternative accommodation. The next day we decided to cancel the stay. We contacted the hotel for a solution, but they offered a €302 voucher to be used by 31 October, with no refund for the four unused nights. That doesn’t seem adequate: if we’re leaving because of the property’s conditions, why would we return? After trying to resolve it, we received no further response. It was a very unpleasant experience, and based on what happened, I would not recommend this place.
The location is beautiful, welcoming, worth trying, and the value for money is excellent. There was a slight lack of cleanliness in the courtyard and in the room, but it’s almost perfect; parking is non‑existent.
A beautiful heritage site. The patio was very pleasant for dining. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The staff are good, but the traffic noise is loud and the breakfast is sparse.
The room was stunning, featuring an indoor jacuzzi; the lady gave us an upgrade, the cleaning was excellent, the reception offered filtered water all day, and the location was superb.
