The staff were very friendly, but we couldn’t find the door because it was closed and there was no sign, so we called and they came out to help us. The location is great, only a 5‑minute walk from Plaza Mayor, and for the money you pay it’s definitely worth it! The shower temperature was a bit inconsistent, and the room got a bit cold at night, but there were enough blankets.
