The hotel is quiet, the staff are friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. The downside is that they used the venue for events and closed the pool days in advance.

The hotel is well‑located, close to the entertainment zone but away from the noisy part. The building is pretty and well‑maintained. The little pool is small but very pleasant. The room is spacious. Overall everything is fine; I would just suggest they offer a breakfast service.

The location isn’t bad, but they held a 15‑year‑old party that shut down the entire pool area. They told us the event would be in the afternoon, but didn’t mention that the previous day the area would be closed for setup and that the whole day, plus the next day’s teardown, would be blocked. After speaking with them we agreed to cancel the remaining two nights (already paid) and they promised to refund us because they understood the inconvenience. A month and a half later I’m still waiting for the refund. Don’t book here (rooms have no windows), there are cheaper hotels in the area with better quality and service.
