The cleanliness was very poor; the washroom and bedsheets were not cleaned.

It was a nightmare for us: the rooms smelled, the bedsheets were wet and torn, and people were bringing call girls—though the picture shows no one nearby. I need a refund of the booking amount because I had to move with my wife and kid in the middle of the night.
