The staff were very helpful, the location was unbeatable, and the room was nice and clean.

The breakfast was top quality, very cozy, and the chef was service‑oriented. We missed an extra bathmat, just enough with two sheets; we asked for another mat but they didn't have one. There was no elevator, which was fine, but the many stairs to the third floor could be supplemented with a railing or a rope.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect and within easy reach of everything, which made exploring the area so convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful, from providing clear instructions for accessing the hotel to recommending great places to eat. Our room was a really good size, clean and comfortable, and the two complimentary bottles of water were a lovely welcome touch. The only small improvements would be to freshen up the grout around the bathroom tiles, replace the shower head, and tighten the railing across from the bed, which was a little wobbly

The location was good. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, no mattress protector—just a plain sheet, no staff on site on weekends, and a spiral staircase in the room that was hard to navigate; this is not a hotel, it's a room rental.

La situación y el tamaño de la habitación, todo muy limpio. El desayuno pésimo, no es un bufet como tal sino que tienen una carta donde sólo puedes elegir una cosa de poca cantidad que no lo preparan allí sino en un bar cercano. Sólo fuimos el primer día a desayunar y el resto fuimos a la calle teniendo el desayuno incluido las 4 noches. No merece la pena en absoluto. No hay personal que atienda el "hotel" ni recepción donde te atiendan, una mesa en la entrada y nada más
