How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel’s location is perfect for UofA events, the exterior looks dated while the interior feels freshly renovated and tidy, and the staff were exceptionally kind, which I really appreciated; the beds were quite firm, but that’s just my personal preference.

I’m puzzled by the price hike; the cost itself was the issue.

The location is great, but the room had a noticeable odor.

Attentive staff and a lobby that offers good coffee with plenty of creamer choices, but the room’s deodorizer was overpowering and the door lock/key card malfunctioned in the afternoon when the hot sun hit the reader.

The place was clean and had a great spot near the university. There was no cleaning service for a multi‑night stay, so I had to go to the front desk for extra towels, soap, and other supplies.
