“Value for money, peaceful beach resort and excellent experience”
I loved the location and La palmera, especially the private beach that felt very peaceful; a shack right by the beach handled any food needs. We brought our 3‑month‑old baby and the staff were extremely helpful and supportive. I’d suggest booking a villa instead of standard rooms, which are farther from the beach. Overall, I enjoyed the stay, would recommend it, and might visit again. The only drawback was that while standard dishes like Rottis and Fried rice were available, items such as Pizza and western menu options were missing.

Nice beach, enjoyed the most @ this resort, yet unspoiled natural, good food and staff,. Could have been better if we have access to the battey carts, since i have little problem walking 😊
Absolutely horrendous behaviour exhibited by the night receptionist Anthony towards my colleague on whose behalf I had booked a room. This location was booked . Nowhere in the policy section of the website was it mentioned that meetings are not allowed in rooms. This particular meeting was an online meeting involving sensitive, humanitarian information. My colleague was harassed by Anthony who had the audacity to imply over the phone to me that we were involved in illegal and immoral activities. He was unwilling to listen to reason and took the approach of a goon rather than properly enquire. This was disruptive to our work, despite being paying customers. No other hotel in India treated us the way we were treated here
We liked the beach and the polite helpful staff. The site layout involved long walks from the beach to the breakfast restaurant without any help from staff except bicycle which we couldn't ride. Only one toilet roll provided, no housekeeping or reception at night if you run out of toilet roll! No welcome drink, No facilities for our driver despite having staff accommodation. Needed to ask for extra furniture ie bedside unit & chair. No hot water on first morning. Once fixed, got half a bucket of warm water after which you need to wait another 10 minutes before your partner can bathe
