How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location in the Old City was excellent, easy to stroll through and close to downtown Montreal. The restaurant was not always open and room service was unavailable.

Everything! Very well‑located, very clean, attentive and professional staff. Nothing to complain about.

The room size and location were good. The bed is too small for two adults, the à la carte breakfast is not ours, and the air‑conditioning is very loud.

The place is in a perfect spot, but there was nothing exciting about the facilities.

We stayed in a lovely room that had a kitchenette and a large living area where we could set up a travel cot, plus a separate bedroom for us. Everyone from the reception, concierge, valet to the waiters was friendly and very accommodating, especially with our 13‑month‑old baby. The hotel sits right next to the stunning Notre Dame Basilica, and the Aura light show there is a must‑see. It’s truly in the heart of the old town.
