Location and staff were excellent. Staff couldn't be more polite and helpful. Everything was clean and our first onsen experience was great. Food was good but not excellent and the same over 2 days. It was a bit dated for the money paid, especially comparing it with another hotel the day after

We travelled as a family of ten, and the room was spotless with drinks and meals flawless. Even during Silver Week we didn’t feel crowded, and I’d definitely stay again. Thanks for handling my son’s forgotten items.

The interior was clean, the bed comfortable, and the large bath and onsen were pleasant, with unlimited drinks and alcohol. However, we were kept waiting long after the scheduled check‑in time.
