I received helpful check‑in support, a welcome drink, and a solid breakfast; I could either eat on the spot or take it to my room (there were bento boxes available), and the free bed‑sharing for elementary‑school kids added a nice perk. However, I booked online and the automated check‑in failed because the log contained a comma, so I had to ask the front desk to handle it.
