From the moment we arrived at Oaks, the experience was impressive. The guest reception team—Ms. Ann and Ms. Patricia—were polite, helpful, welcoming, and courteous, making us feel truly valued. We appreciated the upgrade from a Junior Suite to a beautiful room with a private pool, a lovely surprise that made the stay even more special. Every staff member, from valet and luggage to reception, lounge, and Taste Rest. Team, was attentive, professional, and eager to go the extra mile with a warm smile. The hotel itself was comfortable, newly renovated, and had a wonderful atmosphere. Breakfast at Taste was a highlight: a buffet with a wide variety of fresh, delicious food, well presented, and excellent in quality and taste. They also offer a special corner for kids, a shelf of gluten‑free bread, and the location is very near IBN Batuta Mall—just cross the road to get there. A big thank you to the entire reception team for making the stay so enjoyable. Excellent hospitality like this truly makes guests want to return, and we would definitely stay at Oaks again.
