I didn't actually stay here; I gave a rating just because I was scared. I was greeted by a strange man and ran away. I thought I’d find the owner, and after I reported the situation, she behaved well and didn't charge me.

Everything is digital so there are no keys. I couldn’t find towels, the entrance sign wasn’t visible, and we had to wander a lot.

This is the most terrible experience I had in my whole life. Usually I don't write negative comments, but for this one I feel it's my duty to record what actually happaned: you could end up waiting half‑an‑hour under blazing sun for check‑in, get screamed at and hit with the f‑word by an erratic temporary staff member, have your booking cancelled by the owner to avoid bad comments (luckily I still can write), then attacked by malicious lies and twisted accusation when doing nothing wrong, yet being painted as the rude one, and be removed by police in the middle of the night. This hostel may maintain decent‑looking ratings under ordinary circumstances, but when things go wrong they have 0 respect to guests and can do terrible things. No matter what they might keep on lying in the reply to this comment, God knows every single word I said is true
