How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We rang the bell and ended up waiting at least ten minutes before anyone showed up, so a family member had to go and fetch the duty attendant. When we finally got into the room there were hairs on the sheets and it clearly hadn't been changed after the previous guests. On top of that, the rate we paid through the site was far higher than the price the hotel itself advertised.

The front desk staff were friendly and there’s parking available, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the hotel isn’t near the main park of La Ceja as the app claimed, the rooms are tiny, they only gave me one towel, and I even found a used soap in the bathroom. At 262 000 per night the price‑to‑quality ratio was terrible.

The staff were really nice, but the room felt cramped and the location isn’t as close to the city center as the listing suggested.

Service was excellent and the place feels pleasant, with plenty of facilities to use.

A party was happening right next door and the music blared until after 1 a.m., so we didn’t get any sleep at all. It felt pretty disrespectful, especially since it was in the same building, and the whole thing was way too pricey for the quality of the facilities.
