Parking was easy, but we were told a breakfast time and when we went down there was no staff, everything was closed, so we left without eating even though we had already paid. The key‑card didn’t work and nobody was there to fix it—totally disastrous.

Food at the restaurant and breakfast were fine, and the manager was very friendly. The beds were narrow and uncomfortable. The reception was disorganized: our requested double room wasn’t given until we insisted on our reservation. The doorman even claimed we were a day late! Because our dog weighed over 10 kg, we had to pay €15 extra with no benefit from the hotel.

The location is great. There were only a few outlets near the bed, and we received a room without blinds or a blackout curtain, so the first night we could barely sleep with street lights and sunrise pouring in. We did report it and they fixed it that same afternoon. In the morning, there’s only one person at reception handling breakfast and everything else, so you never know where to find them.

El personal es muy amable y familiar y se agradece. Solo me falto un desayuno con más opciones. Solo se sirve comida fría y estaría bien tener mejor surtido
