“I will never book here again, not a good stay. And nothing done about it.”

There was nothing good to mention. The bed, couch, and even the “clean” towels had stains, the sink still had toothpaste from the last guest, the toilet wouldn’t flush, the door latch was broken, the carpet had stains, the closet door had a hole, and the sheets and pillowcases appeared unchanged.

The location was fine, but there was a dead roach, the bathtub and shower curtains were dirty, soap from a previous guest was left behind, and no pool towels were available.

“Not sure I would stay there again…changing management, but maybe it would be better, has potential.”

Large comfortable suite. The only ice machine working was on third floor and the elevator on south side where my room was out. Very frustrating. Tub needed work, caulking very unsightly
