The place sits right above the Svatošské rocks with a clear view of the Ohře River, and the modern apartment was spotless and had a terrace that let you soak in that scenery. Even with the heat pushing 33 °C, the rooms stayed comfortable thanks to the comfy beds and quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was solid – strong coffee, a decadent cake, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially with our dog who was treated like a guest.

The hotel’s spot is convenient and the rooms themselves are decent, which made our stay fairly pleasant. What really put a dent in the experience was the surprisingly steep extra fee for our dog and the breakfast buffet that left a lot to be desired. Those two issues felt out of step with the otherwise okay price.

I have to start with the fact that the booking platform gave me a compensation for what turned out to be a terrible stay, so that part was handled well. The nightmare began after the first night when the owner confronted us about a breakfast we never actually ordered, started shouting, used vulgar language, and demanded we leave immediately. His aggressive behavior made us feel unsafe, and we ended up checking out early while the dispute is now with customer support.

Tucked away in a quiet natural setting, the apartment was spotless and sat right on a popular hiking trail, making it perfect for a relaxed getaway. The staff were genuinely friendly, and we found ourselves not wanting to leave at all. It was exactly the peaceful retreat we were hoping for.
