I liked it only a little; it wasn’t very clean, was dirty and too crowded. The boy was friendly, but the information he gave was somewhat incorrect, and I wouldn’t return.

Ideally located near the bus station and the kitchen is well equipped, but the staff are average—lost, untrained, and unprofessional. Jesus, the owner, is very attentive and responsive.

The staff is always friendly, the location is perfect, and the price is great. I have no complaints about the low price I was charged.

The place is right in the middle of everything, kitchen is decent, and there's a little courtyard where a hummingbird liked to visit. The bathroom feels a bit wobbly, and the quiet hours only start at 11 pm, so before that and after 6 am the kitchen buzzes with other guests’ YouTube and phone chats right outside the bedroom door. It made it hard to get a full night's sleep. If they pushed quiet time earlier and kept it later, it would be a lot better.

The hotel is super close to the bus station, which made getting around a breeze. The downside? The front room sits right on a busy street, so the traffic noise is pretty constant.
