“Între cameră și baie este un geam, probabil pentru lumină naturală , însă ar trebui o jaluzea.”
The location is wonderful, secluded, quiet, with a superb view, but the rooms are very small.

The place is beautiful, quiet, the restaurant is very pretty and the internet is good. The breakfast could probably have a wider selection, there were no small spoons, no eggs, and the sausages could be warmed up :) but overall it was fine.

The spot and the silence amid the greenery, with a view of the horse site and a small track for the horses’ trotting. The room was overall livable and very quiet, but very bare in equipment: honestly, if you wanted to keep your stuff safe there was no safe, but honestly nobody touched anything, there was no wardrobe to put clothes in, there was a small open piece of furniture with two old coat hangers, there wasn’t even a mirror, you had to manage with the tiny one in the bathroom. The bathroom was decent and also spacious with a functional and efficient shower box. Reception was very efficient, kind and friendly, especially the girls who alternated: Giuliana and Nicoleta, oh very kind, available and professional, and also the guy who was in charge of the restaurant and breakfast Ahmed who also explained himself very well in English! The breakfast was honestly depressing: some raw vegetables, some omelets, few hard-boiled eggs, some mediocre cheese, the usual station bar brioche, and some donut pieces, not to mention the machine that dispensed carton milk and some tea sachets, simply mediocre. For something decent every morning I had to order a coffee and a cappuccino for a fee and if you wanted it with plant milk they had it and not always, only oat milk! Oh the breakfast was listed as being served at 8.00 but rarely they were ready by that hour, also because they transported the stuff from the kitchen to the dining room that was in another room near the kitchen. Overall the property was sufficient if you just wanted to stay but the equipment and breakfast were honestly like a pension with one star!!!

The room was clean. There was a private parking spot right by the hotel. The staff were unfortunately not professional at all. We booked this hotel because it also has a restaurant that, according to the internet, should be open until 23:00. When we asked at the reception at 21:10 about the restaurant, we were told it already closes at 21:30. For the receptionist it seemed very tiring to call and ask if we could quickly order something. Even though it wasn’t even 21:30 yet, we were ultimately not allowed to. When we asked why the internet had different opening hours, we got no adequate or understandable answer. We were only offered to order something online. It would have been helpful at least to give us a list of nearby restaurants that still offer food at that time. In the morning the two receptionists also gave an unprofessional impression, as they were both outside during check‑out and you had to look for them first. Overall the hotel itself is quite good, but the reception service in our case was unfortunately disappointing and seemed unprofessional. For a hotel of this category we expected better handling of such situations and more support from the staff.
