The plants were nice. The room we were given felt more like a storage room in a house than a proper bedroom for the price charged. The service area was cramped and could be more inviting, perhaps with a decorative path and a door that feels like a bedroom entrance rather than a storage door. The bedding was worn, faded, and stretched; only the top comforter looked decent. The pillows smelled strongly of sweat and were old, almost like a folded rag. Towels were clean but toasted; they should use fabric softener and fold them gently. The bathroom pH could be improved—watch videos on how to fold and arrange beds. I chose not to use their linens and brought my own, but I left a demonstration of how to fold a towel and present a tidy pH. Small changes would bring much more benefit. Guests want to feel welcomed by little details. Also, parking should be organized better, assigning a spot per cabin so that no one has to disturb others to leave. We had to bother others to exit because we were in the last cabin. It was frustrating. Additionally, a cabin had no pH, there was no bell at the entrance, and these were major inconveniences. I hope whoever reads this will take it as constructive feedback and wish them success.
