How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Eating meals right on the beach is wonderful. Breakfast offers many options. Lunch and dinner are delicious and can be done at the Peter Pan restaurant, which is also where we have breakfast. Prices are good and there is a lot of variety. The managers, Valeria and Bruno, are very welcoming and we felt at home and like family. Nothing to complain about.

A beautiful room with a terrace. On the first night, two phones were stolen from me; the owner partially replaced one.

The owner Issa and the staff were fantastic. The balcony offered an amazing ocean view, and we had direct beach access. Breakfast, included in the stay, was served in the restaurant right beside the ocean, just steps away. I also received a superb massage from a friend of Issa’s, who introduced me to her son who owns a boat. We spent the last full day in Zanzibar snorkeling and sailing with him and his two crew members. The water was the clearest and most beautiful I’ve ever seen, even compared to Hawaii, with stunning blues and turquoises. Thank you, Issa and team, for an unforgettable stay in Jambiani. L’emplacement était dingue nous étions à 20secondes à pied de la mer. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec énormément de choix. Valeria a été au petit soin et a tout fait pour régler les petits soucis lorsqu’il y en avait. La chambre était grande et spacieuse. Nous recommandons le restaurant Peter Pan où nous prenions le petit déjeuner, nourriture excellente mais service approximatif. Attention l’établissement est noté comme front de mer, il est en bord de mer. On s’attendait à à voir les pieds dans l’eau au réveil. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas servi en chambre comme évoqué. Les femmes de ménages ne passent que 1 jour sur 2 et encore, elles se moquent des habitants entres elles et ne sont pas gentilles et polies si on ne leur donne pas un pourboire tous les jours. Issa n’a presque jamais été sur place et nous devions nous référer à Valeria à chaque soucis notamment lorsqu’il n’y avait plus de courant. Nous n’étions que 3 couples et le générateur avait du mal a tourné lorsqu’il y avait des coupures (très peu d’eau, électricité limité…)
