“Quirky Overnight Stay”
The concept is quirky and the build quality is high, but it was a New Zealand winter—cold and wet outside, the Silo took hours to heat up with the internal heating on high for the whole stay, and hot water required an extreme pre‑run that wasted a lot of water before reaching the shower; furnishings were very basic but acceptable for an overnight stay.
“Loved it but would want the above changes to stay more than one night”
The kitchen had two hard seats that were uncomfortable; a small semi‑circular couch and a window for a view would have been a lot better.
“Beautiful unique accomodation, a lovely stay after a day's biking.”
The accommodation was fabulous, unique and cosy, beautifully set out with everything you could possibly need, and it had great features like a porthole to view the stars, good lighting and a very comfortable bed. There was nothing not to like.
“Relaxed and calmed”
The place was quiet and super relaxing, and I couldn’t find anything negative.
“Brilliant stay”
It was quirky and definitely an experience.
