From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was flawless! The hotel and its restaurant served food that was incredibly delicious, and every staff member was fantastic—pure joy all around. There was absolutely nothing to complain about; everything was impeccable, and we thank the team again for their kindness, cheerfulness, and professionalism—please keep doing exactly what you’re doing.

We spent one night at Il Castagno di Orciano and found ourselves very comfortable. Even though it’s a 2‑star hotel, the place is charming, welcoming, and well‑maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly; we arrived later than the check‑in time, yet they still managed to serve us lunch, which we truly appreciated. The restaurant deserves special mention: the meals were excellent. The room was basic but clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. All in all, a very positive experience.
