The environment was nice and the staff were great, but it was a huge disappointment: we didn’t get the room we paid for; instead of a double‑bed room we received a room with two separate beds, and the room looked nothing like the photos we saw when booking—what we paid for was completely different from what was delivered.

The only positive was that the room was spacious, but the two French beds were both broken and slanted inward; I’ve never seen such bad beds before, and the bathtub was awful, used and useless, not suitable for showering.

We were greeted warmly and received excellent restaurant recommendations on request, and our bicycles could be locked safely in the spacious garage.
