The place is well located. It’s very expensive for lacking amenities, a work area or a spot to sit with a computer, an onsen, massage chairs, free drinks like other hotels in its category. The washing machines are in bad condition. I’d go elsewhere.

The location was wonderful and everything was very easy to reach. My packages arrived and were picked up without trouble. Despite booking many times, they didn’t help me cancel a room for free. The bathroom in my room was broken; they fixed it, but I had to change rooms, which meant packing and moving my stuff – exhausting. I wish they’d checked the room beforehand. We had communication issues with the staff handling my packages because their English was poor; they got a bit annoyed. I wish they’d been more understanding.

Nice room, comfortable beds, good breakfast, great location for our 2 night stay in Kyoto. There was some street noise in the middle of the night (we were on the 7th floor) which woke us but this is a very minor gripe

I almost loved everything: the location is great and the room is spacious, but the breakfast could use a bit more cheese variety.
