The breakfast was missing, but the location was spot‑on for the Expo Guadalajara event I attended. I wish there had been a piece of furniture to put my luggage on and the towels could have been better.
The hotel’s proximity to the Guadalajara expo made the conference convenient, but communicating in languages other than Spanish was tough; only one staff member spoke English.

I visited the hotel for an expo, and its location was excellent. However, I found it to be a basic, no-frills place that's only suitable for a quick overnight stay. The outdated facilities, constant noise, lack of privacy, and uncomfortable beds and pillows made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
The windows are sealed and cannot be opened, so the room doesn’t ventilate well.
