The description at booking didn’t match our expectations; the photos on the listing were cropped and showed no view of the castle. The accommodation was an old farmhouse, but we had booked a room, not a cottage, so there were no toiletries, water, coffee, or tea. Breakfast wasn’t offered.

“Karaktervol verblijf in de wijngaard”

The spacious cottage had everything we needed, and the host was friendly with an interesting story. The tour of the vineyard and the tasting were included, and the wine was delicious. We learned that lunch at the castle requires a prior reservation, which we didn’t know about but would recommend.
