I loved the location. It was super close to everything I needed and also great for exploring. The shower floor was very slippery and the glass door was dirty. The fridge had not been emptied by the previous guests; there was still a tub of yoghurt and milk on the top shelf.

Metrotel went above and beyond to accommodate our last‑minute booking, even keeping reception open a bit later for us; thank you. The room was superb for me and my adult son. Parking was tight, though they did have spaces available.

The central location was great. I was heading to a party at The New Plymouth Club and it was just a short walk away. The elevator made it easy to haul luggage to the upper rooms. The rooms were large with a comfortable bed, and there was off‑street parking. A few spots hadn’t been cleaned – the fridge had a ring mark with milk stains and the mirror had marks on it.
