All the essentials were there, not necessarily the newest, but the cozy atmosphere on the way to the Lofoten was nice. The cabins were cute, and the small kitchen was sufficient for cooking the necessary meals. The location was excellent, the scenery was lovely, and parking was right next to the cabin, which made moving belongings easier. The shower and toilet building had already begun to deteriorate, but the shower worked and provided hot water. The downside was that in the building we were directed to, there was only one shower for women and one for men, so we had to wait a bit for our turn.

The bungalow had two bunk beds, and the shared bathrooms were comfortable and spotless.

“Good for a one nighter exploring the lofoten”

A great budget option for a night while exploring the Lofoten. The campsite was nice—there wasn’t much, but the scenery was beautiful and we even saw the northern lights. Shower pressure was very good. The cabins were spacious and offered great views. The overall service building was old and not very clean, and the camp kitchen was a mess. The cabin kitchen was incomplete, missing several items.

The accommodation was clean and cozy. The kitchen in the unit, as well as the communal kitchen, was very sparsely equipped. You can cook, but you often have to improvise. During the season it might even be a bit tight in the kitchen or lack equipment. The toilets and showers are outside the unit, and the cabins don’t have running water.
