We checked in immediately upon arrival, no wait. All worked fine – fridge, TV, AC, hot water. Good location, friendly staff. Everything went smoothly.

I’ve never seen such blatant dishonesty in my travels. The hotel used a predatory “bait‑and‑switch” tactic that every traveler should know about. They messaged me the morning of my arrival to confirm my check‑in time, yet waited until I was standing at the desk—after I had signed the paperwork—to hike the price by 1.5×. They knew I was traveling with my elderly parents after a long international flight and a grueling commute from the airport, so we had no realistic way to abandon the reservation and find a new hotel while exhausted. When I challenged the upcharge, they simply said the “price increased,” showing a complete lack of integrity. Beyond the fraudulent financial practices, the property itself is unacceptable: the location is incredibly filthy, overcrowded, and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, after an hour on the phone with customer service, the promised reimbursement for this overcharge has never arrived. Don’t trust their quoted rates and stay clear of this place; it’s not worth the stress or the lack of hygiene.

I liked that when they denied me accommodation, they took me to another hotel. That’s all I can say about this place. “No rooms” – that’s how the staff greeted me. “What do you mean no rooms? I booked!” “You should have told me you’d really be coming!” “I said I’d arrive at 9 pm.” In short, I was never accommodated because there were no rooms. I’m not giving zero because they redirected me to another hotel.
A very good location for New Delhi Station only 300m walk. Beware of scammers who have been operating at this station for 20 years. They will try to convince you that there is a problem with your perfectly valid IRCTC confirmed ticket and that 1,000 INR is required for a 'boarding pass'. Just ignore them, put your bags through the scanner, and find the platform as usual. Perhaps a little soulless, but that outweighed by its excellent location
