I was really disappointed with the housekeeping service at this hotel. I left my room key for cleaning five hours prior, but unfortunately, no one showed up to clean my room, including the dining area. When I retrieved my key after the specified time, I found that nothing had been done to clean the room. It was a frustrating experience.
