The spot was great, and when I mentioned it was chilly they handed me an extra warm blanket. The only hiccup was that sometimes the complaints made it hard to sleep, and when I arrived they couldn’t find my reservation.

I paid for my booking, but when I got there every room was already taken; they said they weren’t responsible for that.

It’s close to the metro.

I liked the spot, the hotel offers water for guests and an elevator. The pillows are still uncomfortable, the sheets smell bad, and it’s the kind of soap they use.

It was the only accommodation with a private bathroom available, but the bed was uncomfortable and there was too much outside noise.
