The location was decent, parking was on the street, and Wi‑Fi worked. Shops were nearby and the old town was a short walk away. The air‑conditioning barely functioned, and there was constant noise from something rattling inside. The fridge was so loud we couldn't use it. Poor ventilation let the sewer smell linger all the time, and the walls were thin, so we could hear everything happening in the bathroom. The bed sagged and the mattress frame was incomplete.

The overall amenities were okay. We ended up in a room that was much worse than the photos in the listing—no stove or kitchen. The AC didn’t cool much and the light from the ceiling was harsh on our faces at night. The fridge was fine but noisy. The listing claimed the room was sound‑proofed, but that was a lie; I could hear the bathroom and even the elevator far away, so the claim was false. The description also mentioned a private toilet, yet there was only a shared one—an obvious mistake, but the rest felt deceptive. The area around the accommodation was relatively quiet, but after two days a car was burning under our windows, and someone tried to trick me with a fake €20 bill. There were threatening messages taped to the building. The check‑in after 10 pm cost €30 per hour, which seemed like a daily rate. Leaving the keys on the table was impossible because the entrance door couldn’t be opened without a key, apparently violating fire regulations.

The place was well located and easy to get to by car. The balcony and kitchen were lovely. The apartment was noisy when other guests checked in or out, or when the elevator was used in the building.

Everything was perfect. Sabrina was very kind. The place was spotless and modern. The shared bathroom was barely noticeable. The bus takes 3 minutes to the city center (Arena / Castelvecchio, etc.). The kitchen is very nice / modern, even with the dishwasher. Thanks for everything.
