How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff—both front desk and housekeeping—were polite and helpful, and communication was smooth. The hotel looks great on camera and stays spotless, plus the location is excellent. The room felt a bit cramped, and there was a dripping noise from the toilet behind a plank that had missing screws, though the sound disappeared when the door was shut and there was no danger.

The hotel’s central spot and the free minibar were nice touches, but the lack of other amenities left something to be desired.

The hotel was fairly new and caught my eye as I walked past. Inside it was tidy and clean. The balcony room was ideal: a comfortable bed, a spacious shower, a sitting area, and air‑conditioning. The staff were very friendly, and the location was great—next to a supermarket and several eateries. The only downside was the absence of a breakfast buffet; only a few bites were offered by the front desk.

The hotel isn’t large, but the overall vibe feels good. The staff are very friendly, the location is very convenient, and it’s worth recommending.

I liked the themed décor and noticed the hotel’s attention to detail, from the welcome card to the welcome drink and the small elephant souvenir. The rooms were cute and nice. The only complaint was the parking situation: I had to walk a distance to reach the car, but I understood the space constraints.
