The breakfast was cheap, the overall impression, room and bathroom were okay, but everything else felt flat and the outdoor area was neglected.

The room was good with a nice shower, and the location was great. There was a decent TV in the room but no instructions, so I couldn't watch any standard channels; the toilet was loose and leaked when I sat down, and we never saw any staff.

There was hardly anything to praise; this was not a hotel, check‑in required a code and no staff were present. You couldn't talk to anyone, had to retrieve the key from a box with a code, the TV was hard to use, there was no internet, so take this ‘hotel’ off your booking list.

The breakfast on the first morning was not good – the bread was dry and there were no eggs.

A nice small house in the middle of Östhammar, quiet location and lovely rooms. Breakfast was fresh every morning. The garden comes with seating. There was no point of contact; no one was in the building during the stay. The key was in a lockbox with a numeric code, and the entrance to the hotel was in the garden, but there was no sign, so you had to look behind the building yourself.
