“Tranquila mas não agradável”
The bed was very comfortable, but the place felt more like a low‑income complex than a hotel.
The staff were wonderful, especially the front‑desk team, yet I honestly didn’t think my room was clean; I found Arby’s bags in the microwave and a dirty towel behind the door, so I asked the housekeeper for a sheet change and she stared at me as if she couldn’t understand.

Mr Lee let me check in early and was nice and accommodating, but there was a bad odor inside the room.

I really liked the customer service the staff gave me, yet everything met my expectations.

Nothing was full of drugs, no sheets, and the room looked like a crime scene, and everything was that way.
