How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The proximity to the medieval city is great. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is hearty. Parking is available. The bathrooms are worn out. The overall cleanliness is borderline.

The hotel sits in an excellent spot near the Cite and offers underground parking. I’ve stayed here several times, but the maintenance is sadly lacking and it gets tackier each time. We were given a room that had obviously not been cleaned, so we asked to be moved. Because it was only one night, we tolerated the broken toilet seat in the replacement room. The air‑con didn’t work properly. There was no hairdryer or kettle/coffee machine in the room, and several other kitchen items on the inventory were missing. Breakfast was basic. It’s a great pity since the hotel is in an excellent location near the Cite and has underground parking.

I stayed right by the climb to Cite, a spot that was incredibly quiet, and the breakfast was good, with no complaints at all.

The location is perfect for getting to the city, just a 5‑minute walk. The studio is very large and functional. Breakfast is decent (no salty items) and the quirky classical art display is great! Parking options are limited and cost €10. There’s no flat sheet. The corridors leading to the studios are grim.

The location was fine, but the breakfast and the staff left something to be desired.
