Great location, decent food and excellent service, plus free kayaking and snorkeling; however, some of the facilities are showing their age and despite staff lighting mosquito coils daily, there were still far too many insects.

A magnificent loft‑style room with a pool overlooking the sea—just MAGNIFICENT! The location is excellent.

Simply fabulous: the location, views, facilities, food, and staff were all flawless and unsurpassed. There are a lot of steps, but it’s definitely worth it!

I had an unforgettable stay; the room and service blew my expectations out of the water, and I could have stayed for two weeks without getting bored. The scenery was gorgeous, the menu superb, and the service was quick and friendly. Nothing fell short—everything was perfect.

The hotel impresses with its fantastic location, crystal‑clear water, and snorkeling right outside the door. The staff are very, very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delivered straight to the villa—a dream. The chef deserves praise for preparing and presenting every dish excellently. Unfortunately, Koh Lipe is already heavily touristy and cannot cope with the environmental impact, especially the waste. A shift in mindset from locals and the government is urgently needed to protect this beautiful nature for the future.
