The responsive of the staff to any and every query. The food from the in-house restaurant was exceptional. Every dish was well prepared and fresh. The rooms could have used with some ventilation, like a balcony or atleast a window would have helped it in making the room a bit better. The mattress was a bit hard for my use

Each and everything. There is nothing which was not good, everything is good, everything about the hotels in Chacha and Ranchi is one of the best

Nothing. Everything is bad room to pricing staff not take call when calling from room and services are not given which mentioned in while booking
