The location was just perfect and the staff were so friendly and professional! The only downside was the lack of a swimming pool, which is understandable. The building is small in the middle of a very busy area, but inside it was really clean and the indoor air was very pleasant.

The staff were amazing and super friendly throughout our stay, always welcoming and eager to chat about the city with great recommendations. They helped us with our bags when we entered and again when we left for the taxi. A complimentary bottle of Prosecco for our honeymoon was a nice touch.
